Preferred Hotels announces a Cyber Monday sale where members of its I Prefer loyalty program can get a free night and 30,000 bonus points when they book before Wednesday 29/11 and use promo code MKTCYB and book at least two paid nights. In other words, it's like a “third night free” promotion with a 30,000 point bonus. Stays must be booked by 11/29 for travel through 3/31/24. This can be very interesting in certain circumstances.
The agreement

Quick thoughts
This could be a great deal if you want to stay at a participating property. I see some participating properties in the US with rates between $128 and $200, so three nights could become very reasonable with the third night free offer – getting 30,000 points could also be a nice icing on the cake.
While 30,000 points is enough to get you a free night at some properties, I'm seeing reward costs of up to 100,000 points per night at some properties, so it won't be enough for a night at the most luxurious properties by I Prefer. You can view reward prices here. There are just over a dozen properties in the United States that cost 30,000 points per night or less, and a small handful in Europe. Mexico has a number of properties that cost 15,000 points per night. You could probably come out of this deal in pretty good shape if you value both the initial 3-night stay and the points.
Keep in mind that points will be awarded within two weeks of the end of your stay and will expire in a year, so make sure you'll be ready to use them or you'll lose them. Also keep in mind that select preferred hotels can be booked through Choice Privilegespotentially better value (especially if you transfer 1:2 from Citi ThankYou Rewards).
I doubt the stars will align for this one to work for me, but I'm sure it will work well for some.
